6 week shred progress

So I’m half way through week 3 of my 6 week shred. I’ve tightened up but I’m still enjoying my food and having bacon on the weekends 😜

I’m definitely happy with the shreds so far but this has been a work in progress, it hasn’t really all happened in 2 weeks.

Since October and my last weigh in, I’m 3 pounds off my 1 stone target. The below image is October vs now so you can see I’ve been putting the work in 

I’ve not been killing myself on a diet, I’ve slowly made changes and still allowed myself to indulge in order to achieve this whilst still feeling happy and not exhausted.

There’s still progress to be made and I’m hoping in another 3 weeks I’ll have my abs back properly 😊
